Great customer svc. Responsive and expeditious. We had one of the arms come loose after about a year and seller replaced quickly. I do not believe it is a cheap product, just one of those things that occasionally happen. We love the chair; comfortable and nice looking.this chair is not only aesthetically pleasing, it's well built and a decent price. I own a group therapy practice and initially bought it for one of my employees. I ended up getting another for our administrative staff since it worked out so well.Really love the look and feel of this chair. Super easy to put together. The lever to lock the back, however, doesn’t function very well- always popping out of place.Good, comfortable chair. Our movers assembled it. I used it everyday. One of the arms broke off within 8 months of purchase though. It was used all the time given my work from home schedule. At times when I leaned back, it would feel as if it could topple on over.Great look. Sturdy. Armrests have imprints after use but an overall good purchase. Wish it leaned backWe ordered two of these chairs. Love the look and feel, but one of the chairs came with a hole in the leather. Overall great look, just wish it wasn't torn for $130 per chair.Overall: 10/10, this chair is chic, the material is durable, it wasn’t difficult to assemble, and it goes great with my office set up. Compared to others it’s not the most expensive nor the most inexpensive, for me it’s a nice midpoint and it delivers! I expect to have this chair for quite some time.Support: It’s firm but not uncomfortable, the seat is wide enough that I can cross my legs and I’m comfy. The arm rests are cushiony, not hard, so it’s great for long desk sessions, and the upper back portion is supportive!Assembly: I was able to assemble the whole thing by myself, and all the materials needed were included in the package.Nice look but not truly comfortable with back support
