While scrolling through some other reviews, it made me a bit hesitant to make this purchase, but I was tired of looking for a new desk, so I just went ahead and bought it anyway. And I'm glad I did.Putting this together was way easier than I though it would be. Sometimes the instructions are a little unclear, but nothing that will keep you from assembling it correctly. I did it by myself in about an hour or two.After assembly, this thing is pretty sturdy. It doesn't feel wobbly or very light, it has some weight to it. Some pictures made it look kind of small, but it's about the size of your average desk, just in a different shape. Enough space to have two separate work areas, which is what I needed.Overall, very happy with this purchase. Now all that's left is to see if it stands the test of time.Really like this desk. Perfect for bedroom corner.the under storage for the desk is not very sturdy and tends to hit my knee alot but overall cant complain once i took it out and just used the side storage for my needssuper desk good valueThe picture is a bit deceiving as it looks like you can really cram a bunch on this thing and still have some desk real estate. Not quite the case. When the box arrived and I saw how small that was I was like "uh oh". I had already gone through THREE desks that I tried to get from Amazon and each was smashed to bits upon arrival so at least this one made it.It's an ok desk. The instructions are not great but if you can follow the pictures it'll be all right. if Just wish is was longer and deeper. (That's what she said)I almost didn’t purchase this desk because of some of the negative reviews, I so glad I bought it.This product is good for the money. My daughter in Love put it together in about an hour. She said the directions were easy to follow and all the pieces were present.It fit perfectly in the space. Still don’t have my monitor set up but there should be enough space.I’m proud of my little office.Respectfully submitted,Ms. DelawareI have another desk like this and was looking for something similar in tone but a little different in design and this desk did not disappoint!!It’s chic, not bulky at all, and building it was not-that-bad (meaning I had my husband do it for me).I like that you can choose which side you want what— it’s interchangeable so you can decide which side you want the short side/long side. I find the L- shape to be very useful for me atleast, I can write on the short side and use the long side for my computer set up.I like that there is an extra piece (for monitor) and it’s easily removeable/attachable, no screwing or drilling required. It gives you some extra space since monitor is elevated.A tip would be to take out all the pieces and lay it out with the instructions before you start building so you know have all the pieces and it makes the building much more smoother.Love love love so far.Love the look.
