I love this desk, I bought it on November of 2021 and I still use it till this day! I have a 32 inch curved monitor and it fits well, although I just left the top part out since my monitor was way too big for it, but either way its 100% worth it. Very simple to assemble took me like an hour I believe, and it's still standing till this day.The assembly was easy and fairly quick - I would say it took no longer than half an hour? Because it was easy, it didn't feel like it took that long. At most, someone could take an hour on this if they're the type to struggle with picture instructions. If you have limited space with a limited budget, I say this is the right table for you! However, if you have much more room to spare, there's definitely a better alternative to this. I needed something without drawers on each end (so I could move more freely in my chair) and a monitor stand so I had a little extra table space for anything else.I work from home and am a student, so I needed something to accommodate the work I'll be using the table for. So far, so good!I have a huge 16x10" laptop that I have for personal/school use and it fits on this table along with my keyboard and mouse. But there's still space for anything else I'd want to add to the desk! The top of the desk has this cool pattern that, when you first feel it, seems like it'd cause problems when writing on hand with pen and paper. But I did a test with printer paper and so far, the design doesn't interfere with the writing at all, which is great! My backup plan was just to write over a notebook if it didn't work out.The manual for this table did say not to put any more than 100kg(~220lb) of weight on the table, and had a diagram of any more than 120kg(~240lb) would break it. Though I did see the seller response saying their test did show for about 400lbs working. The desk is slightly wobbly when I type, however, which is a little bit of a concern. Especially since I have dual monitors on the stand (which probably isn't the best idea, but it's what I'm working with). The wobbling is my only concern with this desk so far. Otherwise, I'm happy with this desk.Edit: CON: I've had this desk for 6 days now and I think my only real complaint is the wobble. Usually when I'm typing or erasing something (even sometimes just moving my mouse) the desk will shake a bit. It's still a pretty sturdy desk and I'm not sure if the reason for the wobble is something on my end (built wrong? desk is placed on carpet though) or not but it's becoming a concern since I have dual monitors set on the monitor stand and I don't want to risk them falling. Though I have a temporary workaround which is taping down a non-slip drawer liner on the monitor stand which grips the monitor feed in place, even with the wobble.Good price, sturdy gaming desk.Easy to assemble and surprisingly sturdy. Very pleased and impressed that it has minimal “gamer styling,” a single piece top, and threaded inserts in the board and beams. Too many competing desks come in two halves and merely pre-drilled holes, making it much easier to crack or split through the textured top. To mitigate this they often come with full-size graphic mouse pads, and I usually hate those designs. The only design flair on this desk are simple stickers on the outside of the legs that can easily be removed for an entirely black look. There aren’t any cutouts in the top for cable management, just a simple notch in the back, which is exactly what I was looking for. The “carbon fiber” veneer has a little bit of an odor at first, but it’s not very noticeable after a while. (For me it’s a nostalgic smell for some reason, but I would understand if it bothers other people.) I’d recommend giving it some open space and maybe an open window for a day or two to off gas.The cup holder is a little small and the headphone hook is a little long, but they’re totally optional and can be placed in either front corner, facing forward or out to the side. I don’t need them for my setup right now, but they’re nice to have in case I ever do decide to use them.As expected, the top shelf is super wobbly, but it’s still quite strong. My monitor is heavy so I eventually took it off, but it might do better with something lighter. But wobbliness is unavoidable with the c-shaped brackets that screw in from the underside of the desk. Once you tighten it down all the way the brackets kinda float off the top of the desk, giving the shelf a lot more flex. I’m glad it’s an optional piece, but if I were to seriously use it, I think I’d have to use different mounting hardware, possibly drill holes directly into the desktop. Certainly not a deal breaker tho. I’ll most likely get a separate monitor arm later down the road anyways. In short, I recommend it. Good ergonomics, good size, subtle carbon fiber style, and very sturdy.Only took me 30 minutes to assemble and when I was finished it was very sturdy and works fine.It was easy to assemble and fits well in my small apartment, but the monitor stand is too flimsy. There is a dangerous wobble whenever I have my 28" monitor on it. Had to take off the monitor stand before I lost my $500 monitor. This desk fits the space I had - I like the monitor stand I did have one previously but it was older so time for a new one.The desk was super simple to put together took me maybe 30-45 minutes the instructions are clean and everything you need is inside. The side stickers are easy to peel off as well (I’m not a fan of the stickers)Complaint: desk is still a bit wobbly. Not as wobbly as my old one but we’ll see how it is when I actually play on it. For now that is why it has 4 stars. With all the metal and bars I was hoping it wouldn’t jiggle.I can’t say too much for an $80 desk I was also skeptical with some of the bad reviews but there was no damage to anything the box was well packed and the corners had reinforcements in the box.I do want to mention I wouldn’t want to pay more than I did for this desk. I am glad I didn’t go with the pink which is double the price.. For what it is I am content as it’s an upgrade from the $30 ikea table I was using.I'm not actively gaming but this desk is really sleek and has a decent finish to it but it's not distracting, either. My only mishap was forgetting that I needed the next size up given my giant stand up monitor, but you get what you pay for.
