The desk itself is great but the instructions were nearly impossible. I think of myself as a reasonable intelligent being, that often puts together purchases, but this one was quite frustrating. The English instructions were on one single sheet and after being confused for a good hour I realized it was instructions for a similar desk, but not the one I was supposed to be building! The other instruction booklet has more detailed instructions, for the correct product, but was in a completely different language. I tried to use an app to interpret the text but did not work. I had to use the images to try to guess how to put them together, and they were not the best illustrations for the smaller parts.Now that it's put together, it's a huge hit in our house. If you're planning to gift this desk assembled, give yourself a couple of hours to put it together incorrectly a few times first.The desks are pretty sturdy and they are adjustable of course as advertised and the lights so far work well. The chairs are also, except they apparently are prone to breaking at the adjustment mechanism. I bought 2 sets, and one chair has already broken on one leg in less than a year of use (Bought Aug 2021). Contacted the seller, but they never responded. Out of warranty period, so nothing we can do. BUY THE EXTENDED 5 PROTECTION PLAN!!!!!! I CANNOT emphasis this enough!!I purchased 2 for my children and was expecting what I saw in the pictures. But sadly that is not what I completely received! I first only received the desks with no lights. Then upon contacting the seller I received lights but not as pictured! The lights I received only have a power button unlike the ones shown in the picture with multiple buttons and modes! One desk didn’t lock at first but with fumbling with it I finally managed to get it to work right! The desks overall are decent and work as expected but to not only have to contact them about not receiving my complete order and still not receiving exactly what I ordered I can not recommend this to anyone!Great product. Wish the LED lamo was a little stronger but literally my only gripe. This product as a whole is amazing and my 5 year old loves it. Would recommend this product to any parent home schooling or just doing homework with their child.So after eating some of the reviews on here. I was a little concerned. But let me tell you Alitalia something lol. First get a drill put it on a low setting so you don't strip any of the plastic. Makes it go faster. Second grab a magnifying glass for the instruction the wording is so small. Installation was a breeze besides the tiny wording. The light works great! Table tilts very easy, thankfully because my son loves to draw. The seat and the table adjust by pulling it up until you hear a click. To put back down pull all the way up and then push back down. Don't force it! I absolutely love this little desk!It was not like the picture. I loved the idea of the desk but too kiddish for my 6 year old. The book stand was a bear and had bear pedals that my son did not like.I absolutely live this desk. It was so easy to put together and it's very sturdy. My 5 year old loves having the light on top. It tilts so it's like a real school desk. The top is easily cleaned and the pull out drawer is great for storage. I love that it will grow with him, so we plan to use it for many years.Got it for my 2 kids, they love it, perfect size for distraction-free studying. I like the little tray to store all their pens/pencils. Adjustable height makes it very versatile.
