I like the style and concept of this desk but I did have some issues when putting it together. The seller kindly reached out to me after I complained about a couple problems I experienced when receiving and building my desk. I expressed my issues, they were very eager to listen and understand them so they can correct their shortcomings. They offered to send out my missing tools and fix my problems. Although my experience with this desk was not as expected, I am very satisfied with how they took care of my issues. I expect future buyers to have a better experience after they assess the problems I had. The excellent customer service definitely made me have a better overall experience despite my initial reaction.
